Z-Infyn (“Z-Infyn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a social application that allows users to create and share content, interact with other users, and communicate through messaging. The safety of young people is a core priority. This Child Safety Standards Policy explains how we prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); how users can report concerns; how we moderate reports; and how we escalate confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where required, to law enforcement.
This policy applies to all users of the Z-Infyn app and related services, and to all content, accounts, and communications on our platform.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Z-Infyn has a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE and CSAM. We prohibit any content, conduct, solicitation, or communication that:
- sexualizes minors (anyone under 18 years of age);
- depicts, distributes, requests, or links to CSAM;
- facilitates grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or other forms of CSAE; or
- attempts to circumvent our safety systems to engage in the above.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, permanent account suspension or ban, preservation of evidence as required by law, and referral to NCMEC and/or law enforcement.
2. In-app reporting
Users can report child safety and other abuse concerns directly inside the Z-Infyn app, without leaving the product. Reporting is available for:
- Posts and Reels — Report Post / Report Reel
- Comments — Report Comment
- User profiles — Report User (including Child Safety / CSAE)
- Chat messages — Report Message
When submitting a report, users may select reasons such as Child Safety / CSAE, harassment, spam, or inappropriate content, and may add optional details. Reports are associated with an authenticated account and are stored in our moderation systems for review.
3. Moderation and response time
All user reports are placed in our moderation queue. Reports flagged as involving child safety / CSAE are prioritized. Our team aims to review reported items within 24 hours of submission.
Where CSAM is confirmed or reasonably suspected, we escalate without delay, take enforcement action on the relevant content and accounts, and follow the NCMEC reporting process described below.
4. NCMEC CyberTipline reporting
When a report involves CSAM or confirmed CSAE, trained Z-Infyn staff submit a report to NCMEC through the CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org. We record the CyberTipline reference on the corresponding moderation case, preserve relevant evidence as required by applicable law, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
5. Age and product design
Z-Infyn is not directed at children under 13. We may further restrict features for users under 18 where required by local law. We do not knowingly allow accounts or content that promote sexual material involving minors. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or applicable child safety laws.

Please include enough detail for us to investigate (for example, usernames, content links or screenshots, approximate dates, and a description of the concern). Do not intentionally redistribute CSAM when contacting us.
7. Legal compliance
We strive to comply with applicable child safety laws and platform requirements, including Google Play Child Safety Standards. Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under law or our right to take stronger action where appropriate.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Child Safety Standards Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, platform, or product changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Z-Infyn after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
